La Senda Place

This client wanted to convert an under utilized storage area into a room that she could use to do her painting but also to make room for her grandkids to stay.  Kids have tons of storage with full extension drawers under lower bunk and to the side. We were able to keep existing plumbing locations to save money as well as much of the cabinetry.  A swivel TV allows viewing from the sleeping area as well as the art and laundry. Natural walnut tops and additional custom cabinetry make things warm and functional.
