This home sat on a big lot in a great neighborhood but had been neglected.  Choppy layout and dark small rooms made it uninviting.  Because we needed to solve a lot of structural problems it gave us lots of flexibility with the layout and how it interacted with the big lot.  We created a home that opens up to a private yard using a series of patios and decks.  Lots of light colored natural stone as used in the baths to give it a spa like environment and weathered french oak floors run throughout the entire home. At the rear of the property an extension was added off the garage for additional living space with a large covered patio.
