My clients purchased this home for its neighborhood and amazing ocean view- but the entire home needed a facelift.  Ultimately we decided to do an entire new roofline that would give us the raised ceilings they wanted as well as change the layout to make it the perfect home for just the two of them.  The entry of the home puts you right into the amazing living space of the kitchen, living and dining room-  all sharing the stunning view.  They wanted a new house that had the character of an older home - exterior shingles with board and batten accents make it timeless.  Inside we have lots of shiplap and custom moldings that speaks to the quality and thoughtfulness of the build. The home fits their specific needs and they now have the peace of mind that comes from quality new construction.
