This renovation took what was once a dated looking home  and created a tropical paradise.  Custom made Bahama window shutters, teak railing, dutch front door and railing detail complete the look.  Lush landscape, natural stone pavers and wall details blend with the architectural style and looks like it’s been this way from the beginning. Extension of existing property walls enclosed the back patio as well as an outside shower area off the master bath for great privacy. A covered patio with fireplace and koi pond was added for additional entertainment space and makes the adjacent kitchen and living room feel much bigger.
